Whattypes of Islamic books and materials do you offer?

At Furqaan Bookstore Canada, we specialize in a wide range
of Islamic literature and educational materials. Our collection includes the
acclaimed The Clear Quran® Series – an easy-to-understand English
translation of the Quran known for its clarity and accessibility​.

We also offer supplementary resources such as tafsir and
study guides to help readers deepen their understanding of the Quran.

In addition to Qur’ans and religious texts, we
carry Islamic story books, educational posters, and da’wah brochures for
outreach purposes, as well as some modest clothing and gift items.

Doyou have books in languages other than Arabic?

Yes. While many of our books are in English or Arabic, we do
offer Quran translations in a few other languages. Currently, The Clear
Quran®
translation is available in English, Turkish, and Spanish through
our store​.

These translations allow non-Arabic speakers to read and
understand the meanings of the Quran. We continuously look to expand our
multilingual offerings, so in the future we may carry additional languages.

Howcan I place an order, and what payment methods do you accept?

Placing an order with us is straightforward. You can order
directly through our website by browsing our catalog and adding items to your
cart, then proceeding to checkout. We accept a variety of payment methods to
make your shopping experience convenient. These include all major credit and
debit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), as well as
PayPal for online payments​.
In addition, our checkout supports digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay,
and Shop Pay for faster, secure payment processing​.

If you
are an institution or bookstore looking to make a bulk purchase, or if you need
to use an alternative payment method, please contact us – we can often
accommodate special requests or provide invoice-based payments for large orders​.

Whatis your shipping policy, and do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada for all orders placed on
this Furqaan Bookstore Canada website​.
We offer reliable shipping to all provinces and territories. All orders are
typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday through
Friday) of the order being placed​

Shipping times will vary depending on your location: local
Ontario orders may arrive in just a couple of days, whereas cross-country
shipments might take roughly 5–7 business days in transit.

At this time, international shipping is not
offered directly through our Canadian online store interface.

Howdo I track my order?

Whatis your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 14-day
return/exchange window from the date you receive your order​.

If we sent you an incorrect or defective item by mistake, we
will cover all costs to fix the issue. In such cases, contact us and we will
arrange for a free return shipping label and send out the correct item right
away​. For other
returns (e.g. if you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind), the return
shipping cost would be paid by the customer​.

Whatif I receive a damaged or incorrect item in my order?

While
we strive to pack and ship everything carefully, mistakes or damage can
occasionally happen in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged,
defective, or not what you ordered, please let us know right away. Contact our
customer service within 8 days of receiving the package to report the issue.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the products you ordered in good condition,
so please be assured that we will work quickly to correct any errors or damage.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we apologize for any inconvenience
caused by such issues.

Doyou offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale purchases?

Yes,
we do offer special pricing and support for bulk orders. Furqaan Bookstore
Canada is happy to work with schools, mosques (masajid), dawah organizations,
or any customer looking to purchase larger quantities of Qur’ans or other
materials.

Whatif a product I want is out of stock or unavailable?

We
do our best to keep our online catalog updated with in-stock items. If a
product is marked as “Out of Stock” on our website, it means we currently don’t
have that item available for immediate shipment.

Yes
– all prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for the
convenience of our Canadian customers​. If you are viewing the site from outside Canada, please note that the
charges to your payment method will be in CAD.
